As some of you guys know, i'm on Postcrossing, If you didn't know yet, you can read my previous post, click here➡Postcrossing I receive tons of postcards from around the world! and from there, I learn a lottt really, lot of new things, new information about other country, about other people life :) And I want to share to all of youu too! general knowledge hehe..Enjoy!
[NOTES : these facts are based on the postcard, what the sender said. I didnt made up any of it. i even checked everything on google first for confirmation before i write here.]
1. There is a country called Latvia.
2. The first high rise building in Jakarta is Wisma Nusantara.
3. Ivan chai flower. Before the tea was introduced in Russia, people in the countryside had been using this plant leaves to make tea!
4. Minsk is the capital city of Belarus.
5. Schön cool bleiben means don't worried in Germany said the person who sent me the postcard but when i googled translate, it means stay cool. Haha I think it still can relate right? :P
6. Charles Bridge is a historic bridge that located in the capital of Czech Republic which is in Prague.
7. Jackalope is a mythical animal. An odd trait of the Jackalope is its ability to imitate the human voice! it is described as a jackrabbit with an antelope horn. - USA
8. Yekaterinburg is a russian city which situated on the boarder of Asia and Europe!
9. Je T'aime means I love you in French!
10. Pandas are symbols of might and bravery! - China
